Edhouse s.r.o.’s services include, upon the wish of the customer, the delivery of “ready-for-use” designed IT solution and all new applications. This means that we will handle full implementation into your corporate IT infrastructure and the setting and security, so that the applications may be used effectively and immediately.

User Training

We will also train your managers in the use and benefits and all users in the control of applications. A transparent and intelligible user’s manual for applications forms an integral part of each supplied IT solution.

Each customer using software supplied by us has the option to use dedicated hot-line contact for immediate enquiries, comments, suggestions and/or requirements.

Application Administration and Requirements for Additional IT Solutions

Within the arranged warranty, we provide clients with warranty and post-warranty servicing of the supplied applications and we handle all client requirements for new or expanding IT solutions with a priority.
