Is the result of a detailed analysis of client’s IT requirements. This is the initial starting document for each specific contract and long-term partner cooperation. The concept presents our specifically processed draft solution of your IT requirements in a format that allows you to make a responsible decision.
The concept includes primarily:

- Specific designs of user environments – user interface
- Principles of integration into corporate processes and corporate IT infrastructure
- Architecture solution draft
- List of specific benefits of the proposed IT solution for your firm
Project Plan
Once the Concept is approved, we process and present for approval a binding and detailed Project Plan.
The Project Plan includes primarily:
- Timetable for application development and complex solution delivery
- Exact specification of acceptation tests
- List of contact and authorised persons on the part of the ordering party
- List of contact and authorised persons on the part of the supplier
- List of members of the implementation team
- Detailed terms for the change proceeding
- Exact delivery terms and guarantees
