LIne KEEper – an automated supervision system of uptime-critical web applications. An internal solution for support of web systems maintained by Edhouse become an open-source project.

• design and develop a system that monitors health of web applications
• periodically check target system’s availability
• periodically evaluate performance counters of the target system
• alert support personnel by email, GSM call and SMS in case of failure
• use different alert channels by failure severity
• simple definition of monitored targets and performance counter
