20 Years of Edhouse: Celebrating Our Anniversary with Customers and Partners
Twenty years of development, technology, joint projects and, above all, partnerships. That is what we celebrated on September 10, 2026, together with our customers, partners, and friends of Edhouse at a special anniversary evening at Galerie Desítka in Zlín.
This year, Edhouse celebrates 20 years since its founding. Over the past two decades, a small technology company that started out in Zlín in 2006 has grown into a team of more than 170 employees. But this journey has been about much more than technology and a growing number of projects. Above all, it has been shaped by people and long-term relationships with our customers and partners. And it was with them that we wanted to celebrate this important milestone.
Twenty Years of a Shared Journey
The evening was opened by Edhouse owners Pavel Stržínek and Radoslav Slovák, together with CEO Jiří Baroš. In their speeches, they looked back on the company's beginnings, important milestones in its development, and what they believe has been behind Edhouse's long-term success.

"When Rado and I founded Edhouse 20 years ago, we could never have imagined an evening like this. The main motivation for founding Edhouse was actually very simple. We wanted to work here in the region where we live, bring some of the world's most interesting projects here, and work honestly, fairly, and with the best people the region has to offer. The vision we had at the beginning is something we have managed to fulfill, and it remains just as relevant today."

Zlín Mayor Jiří Korec and Jiří Vojtěšek, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Informatics at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, also congratulated Edhouse on its 20th anniversary. In their speeches, they highlighted Edhouse's contribution to the region—from bringing interesting technology projects that help retain skilled professionals in the region to its long-term support for education and cooperation between companies and educational institutions.
An Evening of Connections and Surprises
The evening's atmosphere was hosted by presenter and entertainer Vojtěch Bernatský. Guests enjoyed a performance by Eterea Trio, music by DJ Sabina, and a spectacular light show by Pa-li-Tchi.
Beyond the programme itself, however, the evening was primarily about what brought us together: meeting the people who have built long-standing professional relationships with Edhouse through shared projects and mutual trust.
A Special Thank You from Thermo Fisher Scientific
A wonderful surprise came from our long-standing customer Thermo Fisher Scientific, which presented Edhouse with a gift voucher worth CZK 20,000 for Středisko rané péče EDUCO, a non-profit organization that Edhouse has supported for many years.
The gift was more than a pleasant surprise. It was also a beautiful symbol of how a partnership can have a much broader meaning than collaboration on projects alone.
20 Years Behind Us, the Next Chapter Ahead
Behind Edhouse's two decades are hundreds of projects, dozens of long-term partnerships, and, above all, the people who continue to move technology forward together.
We would like to thank all our customers, partners, suppliers, and friends of Edhouse who have become part of our story.
We look forward to many more shared projects, new challenges, and the next 20 years.
