We have been supporting non-profit organisations and community projects since Edhouse was founded. Since 2021, our mini-grant programme has focused on local initiatives, particularly in education for children and young people. We support communities in Zlín, Olomouc, Vsetín and Uherské Hradiště.
Donations and mini-grants _
In 2026, we supported charitable projects run by six organisations with a total contribution of CZK 240,000. Our employees voted on which organisations to support, with funding going to projects by Mýtina z.s., Středisko rané péče EDUCO, Azylový dům pro ženy a matky s dětmi (Zlín and Vsetín), Knihovna města Olomouce and OLiVY, z.s.
We take part in the Philanthropy Exchange in Zlín and Uherské Hradiště. Inspired by the TV show Den D, the event gives selected non-profit organisations the opportunity to present their projects to potential supporters. Since 2025, we have supported projects presented through the event with a total of CZK 95,000.
We provide financial and material support to local non-profit organisations and respond to current needs in our region. This has included a financial donation during the 2024 floods, material aid to Ukraine during the war, and donations to local hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since 2023, our colleagues in Uherské Hradiště have been getting active for charity every May. For every kilometre they cover, Edhouse makes a donation to Charita Uherské Hradiště to support the running of Antonínek home hospice.
As part of our 2022 mini-grant programme, we selected a project by Junák – Czech Scouting in Valašské Meziříčí to create a workshop table for the scout clubroom. Other organisations supported that year included ARPOK, the Shelter for Women and Mothers with Children in Zlín, Dům dětí a mládeže Astra, Rodinné centrum Heřmánek, and a primary and nursery school in Uherské Hradiště.
Edhouse Gives Back _
Our mini-grants give non-profit organisations the opportunity to apply for funding for activities that support the education of children and young people, as well as people who work with them.
Applications are open to organisations operating in the Zlín, Olomouc, Uherské Hradiště and Vsetín districts. Projects that meet the criteria then move on to a vote by our employees. In 2026, six finalists received financial support totalling CZK 240,000.

We connect Edhouse and other technology companies with the local IT community. We work with schools on projects that help develop technical education and contribute to keeping skilled professionals in the region.
We support these activities by providing space, equipment, our people’s time and financial support.
Sponsorship and Partnerships _
In 2026, we celebrated Edhouse’s 20th anniversary with our employees and their families in a slightly different way. We became the general partner of Holešovská regata, a family-friendly multi-genre festival.
We regularly organise paid summer internships for university students. During the internship, students get involved in real projects and take part in a series of technical training sessions.
We also give talks at universities on current technology topics. In 2025 and 2026, for example, we ran a workshop on Cloud Native.
We support the IT community in the regions where we operate. Some of our longest-running partnerships are with the Windows User Group and Java User Group.
We contribute to informal community events such as Slovácké IT pivo, Zlínské IT pivo and Rust Moravia. Together with the Vsetín Municipal Library, we organise IT mezi knihami, and we also support Agile Circle. In the past, we have collaborated with and taught as part of Czechitas and PyLadies.
We show secondary school students what working in an IT company is really like. We organise company visits with practical demonstrations, and our colleagues also take part directly in teaching at grammar schools.
On several occasions, we have organised two-week placements for students from technical secondary schools and involved them in customer projects. We also encourage students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset through activities run by Můžeš podnikat.
Since 2019, we have trained more than 250 teachers through our free Edison do škol workshop. In this way, we help support children’s creativity, technical thinking and basic programming skills.
We have also lent Edison educational robots to several schools and helped the Australian manufacturer translate teaching materials into Czech.
Quality, security and a responsible approach are more than just words on paper for us. We follow international standards, work systematically to reduce our environmental impact, and continuously invest in the development of both our company and our people.

Quality matters to us. With ISTQB-certified testers, we build reliable software without hidden defects because a fair partnership depends on software that is secure and works as it should.
