Application for Automated CNC Tool Corrections Based on Measurement Results
Machining tools gradually wear over time, which can affect the dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts. The ReCON SQC application connects measurement directly with the CNC machine – it automatically calculates the required tool corrections based on measured values and sends them to the machine control system. This helps maintain consistent production quality while reducing the need for manual data entry.
